Sugar-Free, Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free

Here are some of my favorite recipes. Since I am gluten-intolerant, they are all gluten-free (no wheat, rye, barley, or oats). Since my optimal diet is fairly low in carbohydrates, they are all sugar-free, and have little if any starch. OTOH, I do have a sweet tooth, and make use of artificial sweeteners, particularly liquids with Splenda. I have tested all of these recipes myself. If not credited, they are my own creations.

Breakfast

TVP "Oatmeal" - vegan; contains soy
"Cream of Wheat" (from the Protein Power Recipe Board)
Easy Eggs Florentine (not just for breakfast!)

Main Dishes

Easy Thai Chicken - 5 or 6 ingredients
Korean Style Beef - Delicious!

Cauliflower "Rice" (from Fran McCullough and others)
