SPACE PRESERVATION ACT 2001
See Section 7(2)(B)(ii) "The terms `weapon' and `weapons system'
mean a device capable of any of the following…" and "Such terms
include exotic weapons systems such as…chemtrails".

SPACE PRESERVATION ACT 2002
This is the watered down version of Space Preservation Act 2001.
Please note Section 7 and the removal of the word "chemtrails".


SPACE PRESERVATION TREATY
"Reaffirming the will of all States that the exploration and use of outer space, including the Moon, the planets and other celestial bodies, shall be for weapons-free, peaceful purposes and shall be carried out for the benefit and in the interest of all countries, irrespective of their degree of economic or scientific development"

Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District
considers aerosol operations in violation of Air Quality Code.
"this Rule shall apply to any source discharging particulate matter while operating within the Air District"

U.S. Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520a
"Restrictions (?) on use of human subjects
for testing of chemical or biological agents"

U.S. Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1515
...but basically, anything goes.

Berkley's Space Preservation Resolution
"This can be adapted to every city. Present it to your city council,
mayor, etc., and ask them to pass this in your city." This is a
resolution in support of the original Space Preservation Act and the
Space Preservation Treaty to permanently ban the weaponization of
space. This would include a ban on chemtrails!

Bush Administration Launches Historic
Federal Climate Change Initiatives
"The Bush Administration has brought a total government spending on climate-change related programs to $4.5 billion", including a "$103 million two-year federal initiative... ...focused on oceans and atmospheric aerosols and carbon."
And then the Bush administration rules that carbon dioxide is not a pollutant.
What is wrong with this picture?


EPA Eases Clean Air Rule on Power Plants
"The Bush administration... ...approved a major rollback of clean air enforcement rules for the nation's oldest and dirtiest power plants in a move hailed by industry leaders". Then, within days after the changes in the power-plant pollution rule were announced, "two top Environmental Protection Agency officials who were deeply involved in easing [the] air pollution rule for old power plants took private-sector jobs with firms that benefit from the changes". This is about as in-your-face as you can get. No shame and no accountability to the American people.
