Registered attendees will be met by a UC Santa Cruz bus at the the Main Entrance (San Carlos St) of the San Jose Convention Center’s Arcade Level. Attendees are asked to arrive at the pick-up location at 1:15 (Saturday, 18 Nov), to ensure timely boarding.  Look for someone holding a Multispecies Salon sign--this person will check your name against the list of attendees.  If you are not already registered for the event you may still get a seat on the bus if you arrive early.  The bus will depart San Jose promptly at 1:30PM and, depending on traffic, will arrive back at the Convention Center by 6:00PM.
