• The standard Order Form is for purchasing books not intended for resale. (PDF format)

• The Resale Order Form is for use by stores which plan to sell our books. (PDF format)

• We use the Resale Invoice Form to invoice bookstores which order our books.
 

Ordering One Book

• To order just one book, mark a “1” in the “Item” column and in the “Qty” column in the row for that book title.
• Mark the Unit Price for that title in the same row for Item Total and below for Book Total.
• Shipping & Handling for one copy of In Here is $5.50.  For all other books: $3.00.  Forthe broadside: $4.00.
   Enter the appropriate value for the Shipping & Handling.
• Add the Book Total to the Shipping & Handling and enter that for Balance Due and for Amount Enclosed.
• Make out and enclose a check for the Balance Due amount made out to Hummingbird Press to

We will ship it the next day by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
 

Ordering More Than One Book

• Mark an Item Number in the "Item" column for each book you are ordering.
• Enter the number of copies you are ordering in the "Qty" column for each book you are ordering.
• For each book you are ordering, calculate and enter the Unit Price times the Quantity ordered
  and enter it in the Item Total column.
• Add up the Item Totals and enter it for the Book Total.
• For purposes of determininging the Shipping and Handling add up the
   Equivalent Quantity (of books of about 100 pages): Add up the number of books,
   but count each copy of In Here as four. Enter this number in
   the “Equiv Qty” box to the left of “Shipping & Handling.”
• If this number is 2 to 6, then Shipping & Handling is $5.50.  For 7 to 16 it is $11.00.
   For more than 16, use $11.00 per 16.  Enter the Shipping & Handling amount on the form.
• Add the Book Total to the Shipping & Handling and enter that for Balance Due and for Amount Enclosed.
• Make out and enclose a check for the Balance Due amount made out to Hummingbird Press to

• You can get the complete set of fifteen books for only $140 plus $11 Shipping & Handling.
Send a check for $151 and we will ship it Priority Mail the next day.
