We will ship it the next day by First Class USPS.

• If you are ordering for a bookstore, send a check for $9.70 for just one book.
 

Ordering More Than One Book

For more complex orders, you can download, print, fill in and mail to us the appropriate form using the appropriate link below.

• The standard Order Form is for purchasing books not intended for resale. (PDF format)

• The Resale Order Form is for use by stores which plan to sell our books. (PDF format)

• We use the Resale Invoice Form to invoice bookstores which order our books.
 

The Complete Set

• You can get the complete set of fourteen books for only $125 plus $10 shipping.
Send a check for $135 and we will ship it Priority Mail the next day.
